I've just placed my order, what happens next?
You will get an order confirmation with details about your purchase after you place your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our warehouse. You can use the tracking link in the shipment confirmation to follow your order all the way to your home. Finally, when the order is ready for delivery, a text message (SMS) will let you know. Therefore, we recommend you to enter a relevant phone number during checkout.

Where's my order?
You can use the tracking link in your delivery confirmation to see where your order is right now. You can also track your order with the tracking number on our tracking page. Please get in touch with us via mail, phone, or chat with our customer support if you haven't received a shipping confirmation, and we'll assist you sort it out.
Can I change/modify my shipping address/sizes?
Yes, you can. It includes changing sizes or the color of an item, and changing your shipping address. Please contact our customer care via email, chat or call as soon as possible if you can do so within the time allowed. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, thus modifications are time sensitive.
Once your package has been processed, we will not be able to change anything.

We offer free & fast shipping on all prepaid orders.
Can I cancel or change an order?
As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it. As a result, it's not always possible to make adjustments or cancel plans. Additionally, Kindly be aware that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed online. Despite all of this, we still recognise that there are situations when you might wish to request that we try, so you can call customer service to seek a change or cancellation. We'll do everything we can to make the requested change. If the item ships prior to confirmation of a cancellation or change request, you may return it following our standard refunds & exchanges policy.
Do you take orders over the phone?

How to use the coupon code?
If you are lucky enough to earn our coupon code, you just need to add the cupon code in the check out page. Here are the steps to apply.
1. Proceed to checkout after adding you items to cart.
2. Click on the "show order summary" at the top of the check out page.
3. Enter the cupon code in the "discount code" section & enter.
Do you ship internationally?

How long does delivery normally take?
When you place an order with The Light Library we will have to process the order first. Which usually takes 1-2 business days.
We will send you an email if the processing for your order takes longer than expected. Shipping time will depend on which city you reside in.
Your package will be delivered within 7-10 days after the order is confirmed.
I still haven’t received my package. Where is my order?
Your estimated delivery date including processing time and delivery time – please allow up to this date for your order to arrive. Please check the order tracking page for order status.
If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, please contact our customer care for further help.
Why was my order divided into two or more packages?
We will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions:
1. Items are in different warehouses.
2. Size or weight restrictions for customs or courier.
3. To avoid delaying your order and to get it to you as soon as possible, we could send your items at separate times and in different packages if an item is a hot-seller.
You will receive an email notification when each parcel is being shipped.
Why it shows that my tracking number is invalid?
Is there a charge for Cash on Delivery purchases?
•Yes there is a nominal charge of Rs. 200 for Cash on Delivery purchases.
What happens if I'm not around when the delivery is made?
After two failed delivery attempts, your order will typically be kept at the local shipping facility for 7 days. Your order will be returned to us and you will be charged a "uncollected order" fee if you do not pick up or receive it within this time frame. If you change your mind about a purchase after it has been shipped from our warehouse, you must pick it up and send it back to us right away; otherwise, it will be recorded as a "uncollected order" and you will be charged the appropriate price.

How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 7 days for us to process the refund. The refund should reflect your account depending on the method of payment.
What if I received a wrong or defectives?
